Where we are
Our
factory is located in a beautiful town in
the province of Cuenca : Villamayor
de Santiago.
Villamayor de Santiago has a population of a little more than three thousand people and is located to the south of the province of Cuenca, within the designated region of LA MANCHA next to highway CM-310.
Villamayor de Santiago is located at 90 kilometres from the capital of the Cuenca, in the region of La Mancha, next to highway CM-310. The local economy is based on agriculture and cattle rearing. Population: 2.913 inhabitants.
Their main source of revenue is agriculture and in particular the rearing of cattle and sheep, from which the famous "manchego" lamb and in particular their exquisite CHEESES are produced, products that from the distant past have been prepared by shepherds using ancient methods and the most rudimentary of devices.
